It's a shame to hear that you would like to return your package or parts of it.
You have a withdrawal period of fourteen (14) days from the date of Delivery of your order to return the product(s) for a refund without penalty, with the exception of the return costs, which shall be the responsibility of the Buyer.
If your delivery arrived damaged, please reach out via our Help Centre form xxx so that we can help out with that.
If you would like to return your items for other reasons, please return them unopened, unused and in the original packaging to the following address:
-Please remember to write your name and order number in the return package, so we can issue your refund.
-Write down the tracking code that you will receive when you post the package at the shipping company of your choice.
