Preparation: Dissolve one cube in a small amount of sparkling water, then top up to 400 ml for a strong flavour, 500 ml for an average flavour or 600 ml for a subtler flavour. Enjoy ice cold. For extra fizz, dissolve the cube in a small amount of still water before topping up with sparkling water.
